Can I try the plugin before I buy it?

What does RysUpMix do?
RysUpMix combines local tonal analysis with EQ decisions across a linked group. MIX creates a starting point for one track; MIX ALL shapes the unlocked group around the tracks you protect and prioritize.
Does it mix my whole DAW session?
It only analyzes audio passing through RysUpMix instances you explicitly link. On linked vocal tracks, MIX ALL sets the level inside RysUpMix. It does not move DAW faders or pan, change routing, or adjust other plugins. Set your rough instrument levels first. A later fader or effect can change the balance without changing the signal at this insert, so listen in context and relearn when needed.
How does vocal level balance work?
Set each linked track’s source: Lead Vocal, Vocal Double, Backing Vocal, Ad-lib, Vocal Fill or Beat. MIX ALL measures every track and sets the vocals against the beat: leads just under it, doubles, ad-libs and backing vocals tucked under the leads, and fills matched to the leads. The beat is never changed. Priority nudges a track up or down, PROTECT keeps its level, and the LEVEL button turns the balance off.
What does PROTECT mean?
PROTECT preserves this track’s EQ choices during automatic mixing and group decisions. Use it for a lead vocal or another important part while fitting unlocked tracks around it. Host automation and changes elsewhere in the channel can still affect the sound.
Do I need to play audio before pressing MIX?
MIX needs incoming audio to analyze. Play a representative passage with the relevant tracks audible. A silent or stopped track cannot supply a useful tonal measurement.
Does it upload recordings or use cloud AI?
The tonal analysis and group EQ workflow run locally. It uses role-based spectral analysis; it is not presented as a trained generative AI system.
Should I use it on tracks and their parent bus together?
Choose one level for each sound in a group. Including both a track and its parent bus can count the same audio twice, so use separate groups when working at different routing levels.
How are groups separated?
Instances join using an explicit group code. Use a different group for each project. Saved tone, priorities, and protection are recalled, but each instance restores its group disconnected. Reconnect those instances explicitly when reopening the project. RysUpMix does not infer your DAW project identity automatically.
Is RysUpMix included in RysUpSuite?
Yes. An active RysUpSuite subscription includes RysUpMix, the current paid lineup, and future paid releases while active. You can also own RysUpMix outright.
