What is RysUpLimiter for?
RysUpLimiter is the final loudness and peak-control plugin in the chain. Use it on a vocal bus, beat bus, mix bus, or master when you need level, ceiling control, true-peak safety, and a clear view of how hard the limiter is working.
How is RysUpLimiter different from RysUpComp?
RysUpComp shapes dynamics and groove. RysUpLimiter catches peaks and final loudness. Put compression earlier when you want movement; put the limiter near the end when you need level and overshoot protection.
Will RysUpLimiter work in my DAW?
Yes. RysUpLimiter ships today as AU and VST3 for macOS (Universal — Intel + Apple Silicon) and VST3 for Windows 64-bit. That covers Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Studio One, Cubase, Reaper, GarageBand, Bitwig Studio, and every other AU/VST3 host. AAX is pending PACE signing.
