What reverb types does RysUpVerb include?
RysUpVerb includes four engines: Hall, Room, Plate, and Early. Hall handles larger spaces, Room creates shorter ambience, Plate gives vocals a dense tail, and Early focuses on reflection-based depth.
Can RysUpVerb do long ambient tails?
Yes. The public decay control reaches 10 seconds, and Freeze can hold the current reverb tail. Use the Hall or Plate engine with a longer decay for ambient vocals, pads, and transitions.
How do I keep reverb from making my vocal sound muddy?
Use predelay to separate the dry word from the tail, then raise the low cut until the reverb stops clouding the vocal body. The high cut can soften a bright tail, and the wet level keeps the space behind the performance.
Is RysUpVerb an algorithmic or convolution reverb?
RysUpVerb is algorithmic. It generates Hall, Room, Plate, and Early spaces in real time instead of loading impulse responses. It does not include an IR browser or IR import.
Will RysUpVerb work in my DAW?
RysUpVerb ships as AU, VST3, and AAX for macOS on Intel and Apple Silicon, plus VST3 and AAX for Windows 64-bit. It installs and updates through RysUpHub.
What's the difference between the Suite subscription and buying outright?
