What is a vocal tuner?
A vocal tuner detects the pitch of your voice or audio and corrects it to the nearest note, similar to Auto-Tune. It analyzes the frequency of your vocals and shifts them to the correct pitch based on your selected key and scale.
Can I use this as autotune?
Yes! Set the Correction Strength to 100% for a hard auto-tune effect, or use lower values for natural pitch correction. The key and scale controls lock your vocals to the right notes for your song.
Does the microphone mode work?
Yes, click the Microphone tab and allow browser access to your mic. You'll see real-time pitch detection showing your current note, frequency, and cents offset. WAV export is only available for uploaded files.

What's the difference between Chromatic, Major, and Minor?
Chromatic corrects to the nearest of all 12 notes. Major and Minor restrict correction to only the notes in that scale, giving more musical results. If you know your song's key, select it along with Major or Minor for the best tuning.
