Want real auto-tune inside your DAW?

The free browser tuner is perfect for quick vocal fixes. RysUpTune is the full AU, VST3, and AAX plugin for real-time pitch correction, key and scale control, formant shaping, MIDI note input, and presets at a fraction of traditional pitch-correction pricing.

Workflow

Tune the raw take, then finish it with a vocal preset chain

Pitch correction gets the vocal in tune. A vocal preset finishes the record with the EQ, compression, de-essing, delay, reverb, and DAW routing that make the tuned vocal sit inside the beat instead of sounding like a dry export.

Plugin Workflow

Use the free auto-tune tool to find the sound, then run RysUpTune in your session.

The browser tuner is built for fast pitch-correction tests: Strength, Transition, key and scale selection, mic input, and WAV export. When it is time to record or mix in a DAW, RysUpTune gives you the plugin version with low-latency monitoring, automation, presets, formant control, and MIDI note input.

Tune Controls

Dial in the pitch correction before exporting.

A free autotune online workflow should let you choose how hard the vocal locks to the target notes and how fast each note transition feels. Use the browser controls to test the tuning feel first, then export a clean tuned file for the mix.

  • StrengthSet how far the vocal is pulled toward the selected key and scale.
  • TransitionSet how quickly the tuner moves into each note. Lower milliseconds lock faster; higher values glide more slowly.
  • Full sustainThe web tuner keeps sustain at 100% so the vocal stays locked while preserving a smoother note hold.
  • Key and scale firstSet the song key before tuning so the correction follows the beat instead of chasing wrong notes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as free autotune online?
Yes. The tool works as a free autotune online and vocal tuner: choose a key and scale, set how hard the correction should be, record or upload a vocal, then export the tuned result as WAV.
What do Strength and Transition do?
Strength controls how far the vocal is pulled toward the target note. Transition controls how fast the tuner moves into each note: lower milliseconds lock in faster, while higher values glide more slowly.
How accurate is the pitch detection?
The pitch tracker uses a YIN-style autocorrelation algorithm running at 44.1 kHz with a ~10 ms refresh — accurate to within a few cents on a clean monophonic vocal. For polyphonic material or noisy mics, accuracy degrades as expected.
Can I record live with auto-tune applied?
Yes — click the mic icon, allow browser permissions, and the tool will pitch-correct your voice in real time as you sing. The output buffer is captured and downloadable as WAV.
What about RysUpTune (the paid plugin)?
RysUpTune is a native VST3/AU/AAX version of this tool with sub-millisecond latency, MIDI control, formant preservation, and humanization controls — designed for in-DAW production. The free tuner is a great way to test the workflow before installing the plugin.
Is this tool really free?
Yes — every Rys Up Audio tool is 100% free, with no signup, watermark, or upload limits. The free tools are how we introduce producers to our paid plugins and vocal presets.
Do you upload my audio to a server?
Most tools process audio entirely in your browser via the Web Audio API — your file never leaves your device. AI-powered tools (stem splitting, vocal removal) run on cloud GPUs and the input is deleted immediately after the job finishes.
What audio formats are supported?
Every tool accepts MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, and OGG up to 50 MB per file. Exports default to high-quality 16-bit WAV.
Does this work on mobile?
Yes — every tool is responsive and works in iOS Safari and Android Chrome. Some tools (like the virtual piano) are optimized for multi-touch.
