Track presets that fit the Steinberg workflow

Cubase has shipped with one of the best stock plugin catalogs in the DAW world for over a decade — Frequency EQ, Tube Compressor, Vintage Compressor, REVerence, RoomWorks, Magneto II, the new MixConsole EQ bands. Most Cubase engineers spend years learning how to layer these in a vocal chain. Our Cubase vocal presets do that for you.

Each preset ships as a Cubase track preset (.trackpreset). Open the track preset browser, pick a chain, and the full processing loads on your selected track: gate, EQ, compression, saturation, reverb, delay, and bus routing. Right there in Cubase’s native workflow.

Compatible with Cubase Pro, Artist, and Elements 11, 12, and 13. Mac (Intel + Apple Silicon) and Windows. Same chain, same behaviour across every edition.

Steinberg stock plugins only

Steinberg stock plugins only

Frequency EQ, Compressor, Tube Compressor, REVerence, RoomWorks, Magneto II, Vintage Ensemble. No Waves, no third-party downloads. Just Cubase.

Pro, Artist, Elements

Pro, Artist, Elements

Every chain works in Cubase Pro, Artist, and Elements. A couple of advanced chains use Pro-only plugins (Vintage Ensemble, for example) — we flag those on the product page so you know before you buy.

The Vocal Vault

Steinberg’s stock arsenal, turned into plug-and-play chains.

Cubase has been the European producer’s weapon of choice since the 90s, and the stock plugins have quietly gotten better every year. Frequency EQ rivals most third-party EQs; REVerence is a full-convolution reverb engine. We’ve spent hours tuning chains to get the most out of what’s already in your copy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Cubase Pro for these vocal presets?
Most of our chains work in Cubase Artist and Elements too. A couple of chains use Pro-only plugins like Vintage Ensemble — we flag those clearly on the product page.
How do I install a Cubase track preset?
Copy the .trackpreset file into your Cubase user presets folder, or drag it directly onto a selected track in the Cubase arrangement. It immediately appears in the track preset browser.
Which Cubase versions are compatible?
Cubase 11, 12, and 13. Works on Mac (Intel and Apple Silicon) and Windows. We don’t officially support Cubase 10 or earlier.
Do these work in Nuendo?
Yes — Nuendo shares the Cubase plugin architecture, so our .trackpreset files load directly into Nuendo 11, 12, and 13.
Will these work on Apple Silicon Macs?
Yes — Cubase 12+ is native to Apple Silicon and every Steinberg plugin we use is native. No Rosetta, no performance hit.
Can I edit the chain after loading it?
Yes — every insert is live and editable. Tweak EQ curves, compression ratios, reverb tails; save the modified chain as a new track preset for future use.
Do sends and buses load with the preset?
Yes — the track preset includes the full routing we built: parallel compression bus, reverb bus, delay send levels. Cubase reconstructs it exactly.
Are these royalty-free?
Completely. Commercial releases, sync, live performance, anything.
