2-band Lo/Hi shelf on the doubler output. Cut low-mid mud from the doubled stack without touching the dry lead. Add air to the doubles so they sit above the vocal without getting in front of it. Waves Doubler4 doesn't have this. Soundtoys MicroShift doesn't either.
