How to Install Master Presets on Pro Tools
Master presets in Pro Tools are applied to a Master Fader track. Follow the steps below to get your mastering chain set up.
Step-by-Step Installation

Download and unzip your master preset pack from your Rys Up Audio account.

Move the .ptxp file to:

MAC:
/Users/[username]/Documents/Pro Tools/Track Presets/Avid

WINDOWS:
~/Documents/Pro Tools/Track Presets

Open Pro Tools and in the top left menu bar click Track > New and create a "Master Fader" track.

Right click on the master fader track and navigate to Recall Track Preset > Avid > [your master preset].

Troubleshooting

Preset not appearing: Make sure the .ptxp file is in the correct Track Presets folder. Restart Pro Tools after moving files.

Windows users: If the preset won't load, try changing the file extension from
.ptxp to .ptx.
