We accept WAV, AIFF, and MP3 stems. For the best results, we recommend exporting your stems as 24-bit WAV files at the same sample rate as your project (44.1kHz or 48kHz). No plugins or effects on the master bus.
How long does the mixing process take?
Most mixes are completed within 3 business days. After that, you'll receive the mix for review. Revisions typically take 1–2 additional days each.
What's included in the mastering?
Every package includes stereo mastering with EQ, compression, limiting, and loudness optimization. Your track will be mastered to streaming platform standards (-14 LUFS) and delivered in both WAV and MP3 formats.
How do I upload my stems after purchasing?
After checkout, you'll be redirected to a secure upload page where you can drop your files and add notes or reference tracks. You can also email stems directly if you prefer.
Can I request a specific sound or reference?
