Send your stems. Export every track from the very start of your session. A ZIP of the whole folder is fine, and so is a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link. Add a reference track if you have one — it helps more than any description.
Get your mix. We mix and master it by hand and email you the moment it is ready — within 1 week of your stems landing. Request your included revisions from the same page.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept WAV, AIFF, and MP3 stems. For the best results, we recommend exporting your stems as 24-bit WAV files at the same sample rate as your project (44.1kHz or 48kHz). No plugins or effects on the master bus.

How long does the mixing process take?

Up to one week, measured from the day your stems arrive rather than the day you order — so taking your time gathering files never costs you your slot. Revisions turn around faster than the first pass.

What's included in the mastering?

Every package includes stereo mastering with EQ, compression, limiting, and loudness optimization. Your track will be mastered to streaming platform standards (-14 LUFS) and delivered in both WAV and MP3 formats.

How do I upload my stems after purchasing?

We email you a link to your Studio page as soon as you order. Sign in with the email you ordered with — we send a code, there is no password — then drag your stems in and add any notes or reference tracks. If the folder is too big to upload, paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link instead. Make sure the link is set so anyone with it can view, or we will not be able to open it.

Can I request a specific sound or reference?

Absolutely. We encourage you to include reference tracks and specific notes about the sound you're going for. Whether it's a Drake-style mix or a lo-fi indie vibe, we'll match the direction you want.

What if I'm not satisfied with the mix?

Every package includes free revisions (1–3 depending on your tier). If after revisions you're still not happy, we offer a full money-back guarantee. We're not satisfied until you are.
