RysUpSocial Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RysUpSocial ("the App", "we", "our", "us"). By using RysUpSocial you agree to these Terms.

About RysUpSocial

RysUpSocial is a first-party internal marketing application built and operated by Rys Up Audio LLC. RysUpSocial connects to a single Rys Up Audio-controlled TikTok account via TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API, and publishes Rys Up Audio's own release announcements on that account. RysUpSocial is not distributed to or installed by third parties; only authorized Rys Up Audio LLC employees operate it.

Eligibility and authorized use

RysUpSocial is intended exclusively for Rys Up Audio LLC marketing operators. Use of RysUpSocial requires authorization from Rys Up Audio LLC and access to the internal dashboard at rysupaudio-support-dashboard.pages.dev.

What RysUpSocial does

When an authorized operator clicks "Post" in the internal dashboard, RysUpSocial calls TikTok's Content Posting API with the video file and caption supplied by the operator, and the connected Rys Up Audio TikTok account publishes the video. All content posted via RysUpSocial is Rys Up Audio's own original marketing material (product release videos, plugin updates).

Content responsibility

All content RysUpSocial publishes is the property of Rys Up Audio LLC and complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines. RysUpSocial does not publish third-party content, user-submitted content, or content unrelated to Rys Up Audio's products.

Disclaimers

RysUpSocial is provided "as is" without warranty. Rys Up Audio LLC is not liable for any TikTok platform outages, API errors, or third-party service interruptions affecting RysUpSocial's ability to publish content.

Termination

Rys Up Audio LLC may terminate operator access to RysUpSocial at any time. The connected TikTok account holder may revoke RysUpSocial's authorization at any time via TikTok's Settings & Privacy → Security and Login → Apps and Sessions → RysUpSocial.

Changes to these Terms

RysUpSocial may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below.
